It's very simple, you lather a bar of soap by rubbing it between your hands under some water to create bubbles that captures dirt and bacteria and washes it away as you rinse off. You can also lather a bar of soap on a loofah/sponge and use it that way as a full body wash.

Gentle on skin

Love the soap bars, very gentle and lightly scented, don't dry or irritate my skin. A big plus is No Palm Oil and I like that they are Made in NZ. Highly recommended.
