You have complete control over your Beyond soap subscription.

You should have received a login when you first signed up, but don’t worry if you can’t find your login.

It's simple to get back in, just follow the steps below.

1. Click subscription login in the footer of this website

2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for your beyond soap subscription.

3. Check your inbox, You should find an email with a 4 digit security code.

You may need to check your spam if it's not there.

4. Enter the verification code on the website.

This will take you to your subscription portal showing your next order. From here you can:

• Send your next scheduled order Now
• Reschedule to a different date
• or Skip your next order.

You can also manage your subscription. This is where you can:

• change the frequency (1, 2, 3 or 4 monthly)
• Swap for a different product
• Cancel your subscription

You can also Edit your Address & payment details

• Edit your current address
• Add a new address
• Edit your current payment details. (this step will send you a secure link to your email address where you can change details - check your inbox)
• Add a new payment method

We’d prefer you had total control over your subscription, view and change upcoming orders, manage your subscription including changing the products you’re subscribed to as well as the frequency.

If you are unable to log in, send an email to hello@beyondsoap.co.nz and ask for help. We can log in manually and send you a direct link to your own portal or even change your details for you if you’re having trouble.
